Mission
To break cycles of trauma and to create psychologically safe organisational cultures by integrating trauma-informed mental wellness approaches to all institutional spheres from corporations, schools, religious institutions to prisons, judicial and law-enforcement agencies.
We do this in four ways:
- Research
- Education and training
- Consulting Services
- Creative Healing Workshops

Vision
A society that is empowered with trauma informed approaches in all of its institutions so that individuals within these organisations can enter into healing patterns of interactions to generate real and meaningful growth based on authentic connection and cooperation
Values
- We embrace healing through creating awareness around trauma and providing avenues for creative somatic expression
- We value understanding the individual and organisational so as to provide the right training and support for each entity
- We believe that healing happens when an individual is fully integrated in their personhood and can start making choices that empower them

Our Founder

Deborah Lee helps individuals and organizations heal, lead, and thrive through somatic coaching, embodied leadership training, and trauma-informed systems design. She is the founder of Creaturae, a New York City–based consulting practice that integrates mind, body, and systems to build safe, resilient, and connected environments.
Deborah works with:
-
Individuals who want to regulate their nervous system, heal trauma, and build sustainable resilience through somatic coaching.
-
Leaders and teams who seek embodied leadership training to strengthen emotional awareness, psychological safety, and authentic connection.
-
Organizations and designers developing trauma-informed systems and UI/UX that prioritize safety, accessibility, and wellbeing.
Trained in Somatic EMDR through the Embody Lab and certified in Post-Traumatic Stress treatment by the Trauma Research Foundation, Deborah combines clinical expertise with a creative, body-centered, nervous-system approach to help individuals and teams build resilience. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University and exploring how empathetic AI can extend trauma-informed care through body-based methods.
Her work opens pathways for healing disconnection, rebuilding trust, and fostering cultures of resilience — where both individuals and organizations are able to thrive.
