Embodied Leadership Workshops

Client Experiences: Somatic Coaching with Deborah

Deborah has been a supportive coach in guiding me through my traumas in a gentle yet effective manner. She’s helped me become more aware of how my body responds to triggers and equipped me with practical tools for regulation. After each session, I leave feeling more at peace within myself. After just four sessions, I’m in a much better place—more grounded, more whole.

Client Experiences: Embodied Leadership Workshop with Coach Deborah

Wonderful workshop with Deborah on embodied leadership! The somatic toolkit she provided has been something I’ve already put into action, and the exercise we performed together as a group was really impactful for me. Walking away from the session, I was encouraged to listen to my body and the signs it’s giving me – rather than trying to shut it down and overcome with the brain! – Courtney Stennett

Deborah is a great leader and facilitator. I thoroughly enjoyed her discussions, pointers and tips at the embodied leadership workshop where I learned not only from her, but other participants during our small group exercises. I left with easy tools I can now use in my daily life and workplace to ground myself and listen to my inner voice to better respond with maturity and honesty in both professional and personal environments and situations. – Greg Sim

Deborah’s blend of theory & practice, empathy & humor, and mind, body & heart made the workshop a gift that keeps on giving—we all can use what she taught us immediately and daily. Glad I could attend it! – Jan Combopiano

Really enjoyed the embodied leadership workshop with Deborah! Great blend of science and practicality. Such a valuable reminder to check in with your body so you can more intentionally act–or not!–on the information it is trying to share with you. Have been applying what I’ve learned in the weeks since and it’s been very helpful. Thank you, Deborah! – M. Joy McClure
